SUMMARY:Community Call: From Silence to Strength- A Conversation on Mental Health in Family Business
DESCRIPTION:Open to Guests & All Members – Don’t miss this significant Community Call on a topic that sits at the heart of every family enterprise\, yet is rarely spoken about openly. \nMental health challenges affect approximately one in five adults- which means one in five family business owners\, CEOs\, board members\, and employees may be navigating a mental health challenge right now. And yet\, in family enterprise\, silence is often the first response. \nThe overlapping pressures of family\, ownership\, and leadership create unique strains that most businesses never face. When one person is struggling\, the whole family system feels it. And when families stay silent\, the costs run deep: broken trust\, fractured relationships\, and pain that can carry across generations. \nJoin Andrew Keyt\, Chairman and Founder of Generation6 Family Enterprise Advisors and author of From Stigma to Strength\, for an honest and deeply human conversation about what mental health really looks like inside a family business. Drawing from the newly released report From Silence to Strength\, Andrew will share real stories\, help families recognize the patterns that keep people stuck\, and offer a more compassionate and actionable way forward. \nThis is the conversation that needs to happen – and we hope you’ll be part of it. \n\n	Event Details\n	\n\n	When\n	\n	Wednesday\, October 28\, 20261:00 PM - 2:15 PM EDT () \n\n	Who Can Attend\n	\n	This event is open to guests and all Family Enterprise Canada Members. \n\n	Where\n	\n	Online via Zoom.\nThe session link will be emailed to registrants prior to the event.\n\n	Contact\n	\n	For help with your registration\,\nemail events@familyenterprise.ca.\n\n	Cost\n	\n	Included with your FEC Membership. \n Register now\n	Members are requested to log in to their account when registering for this event. \n\n	Presenters\n	\n \n\n	Andrew Keyt MFT\, MBA Founder\, Advisor\, and Chairman at Generation6\n	\n	Andrew Keyt brings over 25 years of professional family business consulting experience and is an internationally known business strategist and succession planning expert. \nPrior to founding Generation6\, Andrew was the President and Founder of Keyt Consulting\, a private firm that assists family enterprises with succession and strategic planning\, dealing with family conflict and communication\, working with adult sibling and cousin teams\, and executing emergency management transitions.
