He has worked extensively with some of the largest enterprising families in the United States. \nAndrew served as the Clinical Professor in Family Business and Executive Director of the Loyola University Chicago Family Business Center for over 20 years. In addition\, he led the Family Business Network – United States (FBN-USA)\, the leading network for business-owning families worldwide\, as President and member of the board between 1998 and 2020. \nAndrew is the recipient of numerous awards\, including the Family Firm Institute Interdisciplinary Award\, recognizing outstanding achievement in the advancement of interdisciplinary services to business families. He is a published author\, presenter and contributor of more than 100 articles in trade journal publications. As a senior executive in her family’s 4th generation business – Henry’s Camera\, Canada’s largest independent imaging retailer\, Amy spent over 20 years in the business in multiple roles\, from retail sales associate to Executive Leadership and board governance. She has experienced the full lifecycle of a family enterprise\, including the sale and post-sale transitions. This unique perspective informs her work\, where she recognizes the most important decisions are rarely only financial\, but closely tied to identity\, purpose and relationships. \nAmy is also the founding Executive Director of the Pixel Foundation\, formerly Henry’s Foundation\, a Canadian Registered Charity focused on advancing mental health by championing the use of creativity to eliminate stigma through storytelling and content creation. This work reflects her belief in the value of open dialogue\, meaningful connection and a sense of belonging. \nIn 2026\, Amy joined Scotia Wealth Management’s Advanced Planning Services Team. Known for her human-centred approach\, Amy brings lived experience and a deep understanding of the human side of wealth and business transition. She helps families define the purpose of their wealth by aligning values\, vision\, and long-term priorities\, grounded in the belief that strong outcomes\nrequire both sound planning and family alignment.\nShe holds an MBA (Dalhousie University)\, Family Enterprise Advisor (FEA) designation\, and Governance Essentials Program (GEP) from the Rotman School of Management. Amy is based in Toronto and a member of CAMH’s womenmind supporting women’s mental health research.
