In England\, she held a management position at Global Private Banking\, The Royal Bank of Canada\, and she has held positions with increasing responsibility in her own family’s businesses since 1995.\nIn 2005\, she was the Director of the China Project team that toured through over thirty cities in China\, investigating that country’s business culture\, social fabric and cultural history. She has over 20 years of experience in her own family’s diverse business activities-a large multi-generational company based in Western Canada. She is currently the eldest member of the 4th generation and has taken a leadership position in the family office\, family council and foundation.
