She has supported a wide range of clients across various industries including family businesses\, public sector organizations\, and private & public corporations. Prior to joining WATSON\, Sara was part of KPMG’s Family Office practice where she supported enterprising families with their family\, ownership\, and business continuity planning. Her work focused on governance\, family dynamics\, next generation learning & development\, and family business strategy. Prior to this\, Sara worked in KPMG and EY’s management consulting practices where she supported engagements centered around strategic planning\, change management\, organization design\, and employee experience. Sara holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Waterloo and a Master of Global Business from the University of Victoria.
