She has an expertise in family dynamics and navigating life transitions. As a consultant in human behavior in the workplace\, Claire is often called upon to help workplaces deal with troubled employees\, conflict\, and critical incidents. Many of Claire’s private clients are professionals\, entrepreneurs and members of family enterprises. It was this realization that led Claire to pursue her FEA in 2017-18. Over the last few years\, Claire has enjoyed both the breath and depth of experience when working and consulting with other FEAs. Also\, Claire is a skilled facilitator and delivers a variety of workshops to businesses and organizations around the Vancouver area. Claire has two grown sons\, is a life long learner and an avid golfer.\nwww.clairesutton.com\n														\n	Grant Conroy\, FEA \nAs a Portfolio Manager\, Grant works with institutions\, individuals\, and families. He has a long history of trying to be a step ahead of the markets having started his career in 1996 with some of the World’s largest asset managers as his clients. As he continues this market journey\, he now seeks to add value on a more personal basis as well. Having had an ‘Aha’ moment during the FEA program\, he has an increased focus on the complexities that can come with family wealth\, from how to prepare and educate the next generation\, communicating legacy intentions\, to protecting family unity. His values include equality\, learning and being congruent. Outside of work he is chief “dad joke” teller in his household and serves on two not-for-profit boards.
