DESCRIPTION:Transitioning to a sibling partnership is a complex process. Not only will the business function differently\, but siblings will require a new set of skills not necessarily modeled by the founding generation. Early in their careers\, siblings focus on learning the ins and outs of the business\, working in parallel with one another while relying on the founder for direction. They develop their own style\, build leadership skills and find their niche.
