She is passionate about guiding family businesses through the many phases of a growth and helps business owners navigate everything from group benefit plans to succession and estate planning. \n Hilary LeitchAssociateLerners Lawyers \nHilary is a lawyer practicing at Lerners LLP in Business Law\, Wills and Estates. Her wills and estates practice focuses on estate planning and administration\, including business succession planning\, and family trusts. Hilary works with clients across Southwestern Ontario. Her practice includes the preparation of Wills\, Powers of Attorney\, and the administration of estates. Hilary also assists with the creation of trusts\, guardianship applications and related matters. \nAs part of her practice\, Hilary advises estate trustees\, beneficiaries\, attorneys\, and guardians for property and personal care on their respective rights\, roles and responsibilities. \nHilary is actively involved in her community.
