SUMMARY:FEA – Community Call: Multi-Disciplinary Advising: Does it really work?
DESCRIPTION:As FEAs we learn about Multi-Disciplinary Advising for the first time during the FEA Program. However\, even with the opportunity to put this concept to work in true collaboration during the project\, many advisors struggle. This struggle seems to continue after advisors have gained the FEA designation and continue to work with their family enterprise clients. There are a number of reasons why MDA is a challenge. We will explore some of these reasons together as we ask ourselves and each other – does this way of working with family clients really work? \nJoin FEAs Jeff Noble and Julia Chung in this open\, facilitated discussion and conversation. \nPreparation: Please read this article prior to the call: FORUM-Multidisciplinary-Advising \n Register \nEvent Details\nWhen\nThursday\, October 15\, 2020 \n1:00 PM – 2:00 PM EDT \n2:00 PM – 3:00 PM ADT/ 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM  CDT/ 11:00 AM -12:00 PM MDT/ 10:00 AM  – 11:00 AM PDT \nContact\nDawn Ainikkal \ndainikkal@familyenterprise.ca \nWhere\nOnline via Zoom.
