DESCRIPTION:Please join us for an evening of networking and learning with FEA friends old and new from the GTA region and the FEA Program Cohorts! \nTogether\, we will explore the In/Out of Control Awareness Tool developed by our FEA presenter\, Lorisa Stein\, to use as an interactive graphic exploration by your clients. This tool will help highlight the interplay between your clients’ feelings of being confident or out of control\, as they work with multidisciplinary teams. Using this tool will bring awareness to where their feelings lie and allow them to make decisions logically rather than emotionally. \nAs your clients use this tool\, they will begin to more effectively recognize\, understand and manage their control expectations\, building resilience to change as family matters arise.
