DESCRIPTION:When successors join a family enterprise\, there are many possibilities for their involvement. Often\, the focus is on operational training-getting them involved in the daily function of the business. However\, is the successor welcome and invited to the management and advisory table? \nSometimes there is hesitancy about the successor’s maturity\, lack of future planning or the invitation is simply overlooked.
