He was raised in his family business\, but formally joined full-time in 2002 after graduating from the University of Waterloo where he received a BASc in Civil Engineering. His academic experience taught him strong quantitative problem-solving skills\, while growing up in a business family taught him the qualitative skills of empathy and higher purpose. \nToday\, Bryan is responsible for coaching and mentoring employees while developing and sharing the company’s vision. Together\, Bryan and his brother\, Jason (also a Co-President)\, believe that leadership is a great responsibility and should provide personal and business success for all their partners. \nBryan tends to feel most accomplished when working with his hands\, fabricating something out of steel\, crafting something from wood or building a trail through the forest. He enjoys being active\, spending time on a bike (road or mountain) and running.
