In the first half of this webinar, we will present the soon-to-be-released course, Communication and Conflict Management in Business Families. This course was developed to address the complexities of communication in a family business setting. The course, and the webinar, will combine communication theory with the advice and experience of family business owners and FEAs that work with them.

In the second half of this webinar, we will look at the course Women in Business Families. This offering was specifically designed for all current and future women in business families. It has been proven that in all aspects of life, positive recognition and appreciation lead to higher levels of self-esteem.
