Kinnect Toronto: Families at the Crooked Cue in Mississauga

September 18 @ 5:30 pm - 8:00 pm EDT

Succession is one of the most critical—and most complex—issues facing family businesses. It’s not just a handover, but a deeply personal and strategic process that affects both the family and the firm.

This talk with Professor Francesco Barbera will explore why so many families struggle to start their succession journey, what’s really at stake and how succession ties into the long-term renewal of the business itself. From leadership and ownership transitions to legacy and continuity, this session invites family owners to reflect on the path forward.

Please note: This is a relationship-building event focused on peer connections and learning. No solicitation or selling of services is permitted, particularly for advisors attending the event.
