Leslie Quinsay,
Author, Entrepreneur and Senior Advisor, AMAG Inc

Leslie Quinsay is a 2nd generation owner of a thriving family business, AMAG Inc., which has been around for over 30 years. Her strength lies in her creative entrepreneurial nature which prompted her to start and run several business ventures throughout the years. Her diverse work experience and business management studies helped prepare her to write Legacy, a book she quotes is, “…intended to make a positive difference in the life of everyone who reads it.”

A Canadian Real Estate Magazine Investor of the Year award winner, Leslie is also an experienced real estate investor with a portfolio that includes both residential and commercial property.

Leslie’s experience in overseeing a family enterprise taught her the importance of ensuring that what is built survives and continues to grow for future generations. She enjoys sharing insights on effective communication, estate and succession planning and how to build a team to support a growing family enterprise.

Leslie currently owns and oversees a family investment company and continues to hold monthly family wealth creation meetings to help pass lessons learned – both business and personal – down through the generations.
