Community Call: Making Peace With Conflict

January 23 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm EST

Most people spend their whole lives avoiding conflict. They run from it as if it’s an entity that will swallow them whole and leave them bereft of everything that matters most to them. During our conversation, Suzanne will share the three most common roots to a fear of conflict and will describe the two most common presentations of it. Most of you will either be able to identify with one of them OR you’ll know someone who can! Suzanne will also provide you with some tips on how to begin lowering your fear of conflict such that, with practice, you’ll learn how you, and your family business clients, can reframe the notion of conflict to view it as an opportunity rather than as a threat. Don’t miss this chance to start the year with a new understanding of the role conflict plays in your life!
