Aaron is the Vice President, Business Operations at BERMANFALK Hospitality Group. As an executive team member, he currently oversees all operational departments of the company both in Canada and abroad which includes: Project Management, Business Operations, Design, Manufacturing, Human Resources and IT. BERMANFALK Hospitality Group is a design-driven manufacturer of casegoods and seating for the 3-5 star hotel market across North America; a highly recognized brand in their field. He is a second-generation member of his family business, working alongside his father (Gary) and brother (Daniel) who also occupy executive roles in the company.

Aaron’s passion for thought-leadership and business innovation is what led him to become a national and regional (BC) ambassador for FEC, with a specific focus on building the NextGen community. He currently resides in Langley, British Columbia with his wife Jennifer and children, Brock and Elizabeth.
