Join us online for a conversation with other NextGen members as we tackle the issues affecting our NextGen community. Learn from others in our community, and those in the Now Generation, about what they are experiencing and what they have learned through their journeys.
We're kicking off the new year by welcoming Stanley Dumornay who will discuss "The Nonflict Way". This simple conflict resolution methodology will help you develop more self-awareness, understand others better, and elevate your overall communication with others.

Nonflict Coach & Peacemaker
Stanley Dumornay is a certified Nonflict coach who graduated as a mechanical engineer from the NYU Tandon School of Engineering and holds an MBA from HEC-Montreal. He currently runs his own business in the food industry. He has worked as a full-time minister for the last 28 years in the U.S. the Caribbean, and Canada. He is passionate about helping people achieve their full relationship potential. He now lives in Montreal with his wife, Marie-Dominque, and his two grown children.
