Webinar – The Good, The Bad and The Ugly: Advisory Boards and What Family Businesses Need to Consider

October 5, 2021 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm EDT

Why are views on the value of advisory boards so mixed in the family enterprise community? The nature and circumstances of each enterprise and their advisory boards vary widely.

Join us for this informative webinar where we will discuss the importance of your advisory board and the frustrations that come with it. What are the common threads? How do we decide when a board is important, and what kind of board is required? What are the things that make a difference to success or failure? And why is now a good time to review your own situation?

Together, we will explore the good, the bad and the ugly.
