Open to ALL Members — Join us for an interactive session designed to encourage fresh perspectives and meaningful connections. Upon arrival, each guest will randomly draw a coloured piece of paper, which will assign them to a new “family” group and a specific role within that group.

Together, these newly formed families will explore a shared case study scenario, engaging in role play to consider the experience from different viewpoints. Each small group will have time to collaborate and reflect, followed by a larger facilitated discussion led by Michelle Osry, Faculty Member of the FEA Program, and Grant Conroy, Partner at Genus Capital Management.

The objective of this session is to mix Family Enterprise Advisors (FEAs) and Family Members in ways that promote empathy, challenge assumptions and break down silos — ultimately helping everyone see familiar dynamics through a new lens.
