This interactive gathering brings together family business leaders, next-generation members and trusted professionals to explore how healthy, resilient minds contribute to stronger family firms and enduring success.
Facilitated by Dr. Liz Tetzlaff, this session moves beyond theory to deliver practical, real-world insight. Together, we will examine the unique pressures facing multigenerational families and explore strategies to enhance personal resilience, strengthen family dynamics and sustain effective leadership across generations. Elizabeth Tetzlaff, Ph.D, BA (Hons), MA
Fellow at the Family Enterprise Legacy Institute, Postdoctoral Fellow at Dalhousie University and Visiting Research Scholar at IMD, Lausanne
Dr. Elizabeth (Liz) Tetzlaff (PhD, Telfer School of Management, University of Ottawa) is a postdoctoral fellow at Dalhousie University, a fellow at FELI and a visiting research scholar with IMD, Lausanne.
Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in English Literature from the University of King’s College and a Master of Arts degree in English Literature from Dalhousie University. Within the field of Entrepreneurship, Elizabeth focuses on transgenerational entrepreneurship and family business. Specifically, her research explores the implications of mental health and wellbeing for both enterprising families and their businesses.
