Community Call: Age As Insight- Unlocking the Power of Generational Diversity
January 14, 2027 @ 1:00 pm - 2:15 pm EST
Open to all members- Turn generational friction into fuel. Discover how family businesses can leverage age diversity as a competitive advantage.
In family businesses, generational gaps aren't just professional; they're personal. When parents, siblings, and adult children lead side-by-side, different communication styles, unspoken assumptions, and legacy habits can quietly strain both relationships and growth.
But here's the plot twist: those differences? They're actually your superpower.
In this interactive Community Call, we'll dig into the latest research from psychology, sociology, and anthropology to uncover what's really changed in the workplace, and how to flip generational friction into your competitive advantage. You'll expose hidden biases about work ethic and leadership, challenge the "we've always done it this way" habits quietly blocking innovation, and discover the six major differences in how generations view work. Most importantly, you'll learn how to keep both your enterprise and your relationships thriving.
Led by Jennifer Krueger, founder of The Curious Salesperson, this facilitated session blends cutting-edge insights with real-world strategy. Expect breakout discussions, live interaction, and plenty of "aha" moments (plus a few laughs along the way).
Ready to turn generational dynamics into your greatest asset? Cameras on, minds open - let's go.
