NxG Series: The Power of Authenticity Part 2
January 28, 2026 @ 1:00 pm - 2:15 pm EST
Open to NxG Members — For the rising leaders in our NxG Community, this conversation will revisit and expand on the themes explored at our last NxG event that took place on November 5th.
Together, we’ll look at how authenticity translates into action; exploring how family dynamics, communication and leadership alignment can strengthen collaboration across generations.
Together, we'll discuss:
- How values and identity influence decision-making within family systems.
- Ways to foster authentic leadership that builds trust and inclusion.
- Practical approaches for creating alignment across generations
Join us on January 28th for this next session. More details to come as we incorporate insights and questions from the discussion that took place on November 5th.
FEA Note: FEAs are welcome to attend ONLY if they bring a NxG Family Business Member as their guest. No solicitation or selling of services is permitted.
