Women in Family Business: Navigating Complexity and Opportunity
November 3 @ 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm EST
Please note: This event will be available both in person and livestreamed online to our community.
Women in family businesses often face unique challenges—balancing family expectations, leadership responsibilities and personal aspirations. These overlapping roles create both complexity and opportunity, shaping how families and businesses thrive across generations. Understanding the unique challenges faced by women is essential for family enterprises that want to thrive across generations. This event will spark conversations relevant to all members of family businesses, regardless of gender.
This exciting learning opportunity will feature a powerful presentation from Dr. Francesco Barbera, Academic Director of the Family Business Institute at Ted Rogers School, as well as an insightful discussion panel led by Dr. Wendy Cukier to explore how women manage family business complexity and build long-term resilience.
Be sure to join us after the presentations for a fun filled social networking reception with drinks and snacks!
