NxG Series: The Power of Authenticity

November 5 @ 1:00 pm - 2:15 pm EST

NxG Logo - Primary

Open to NxG Members — For the rising leaders in our NxG Community, the central challenge is often how to stay 'authentic' while stepping into the opportunities and expectations of a family enterprise — this session will open that conversation.

Wealth advisor and philanthropic strategist Serena Hak will be joined by guest speaker Mack Ewing, whose journey spans startups, family business leadership and international growth. Together they will share how authenticity can become a powerful advantage for the next generation — helping you build confidence, strengthen family systems, and shape a future that reflects both you and your enterprise.

Together, we will discuss:

  • How to define and sustain your identity while engaging in your family enterprise.
  • Practical ways authenticity can guide decisions and strengthen relationships.
  • Real stories that reveal how personal clarity can influence family continuity with strength.

Don't miss this one — register today to save your seat!

FEA Note: FEAs are welcome to attend ONLY if they bring a NxG Family Business Member as their guest. No solicitation or selling of services is permitted.
