FEA – Community Call: Unravelling the Dynamics

October 21 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm EDT

Tension and friction are growing among shareholders and family members with hidden agendas, suspicion and power plays visible within the family business leadership.  Promised opportunities as a shareholder for the next generation are not being honoured.  The process and structures designed to measure the success of family members working in the business have been neglected.  Communication is experienced as manipulative, protective, and guarded ongoingly erodes the trust within family and shareholders.  The family, business and ownership governance created has become shelf help; with no accountability in place to redirect

Join Trudy Pelletier, of Trudy Pelletier Consulting to bring your best ideas to unravel the dynamics for this family enterprise.
