Vincent Valeri MBM, FEA, Family Enterprise Advisor & Family Wealth Coach, Telos Group

Vincent Valeri Headshot

Growing up in a multinational family enterprise, Vincent has firsthand experience of the benefits, challenges, and dynamics families face when working and managing wealth together. Like many who grew up in a family business, Vincent learned his family business from a very young age, and from the bottom up. After the sale of the family business, Vincent utilized his Master of Management degree to work as management/marketing consultant for some of North America’s largest companies.

Followed by five years in wealth management for one of Canada’s largest banks, where Vincent focused on managing the financial affairs of family enterprises and generational wealth transfer. Working in wealth management, Vincent witnessed a significant gap in the management of a family’s wealth and business in relation to the management of familial relationships and dynamics.

Working with and serving family enterprises has become a natural extension of his personal experiences. Vincent is a Family Enterprise Advisor (FEA), a certified Family Legacy and Executive Leadership Coach. Vincent works as a trusted advisor and coach with family members both collectively and individually in developing family legacy and enterprise continuity strategies, conflict resolution, and alignment of the family’s values and vision for their wealth and relationships.

Vincent is also recognized as a passionate and engaging speaker on the topics of wealth and business transition, behavioural risk in the family enterprise, and family legacy. Vincent has shared his personal stories of success and failure with his own family business experiences and his ideas on how to help families shift to a legacy mindset most recently at Opal Family Office Conference, Camden’s North American Family Office Conference, and the MondoInstitutional Conference in Italy.
