Venessa Vasilakeris

Venessa Vasilakeris has over a decade of experience helping organizations make better people decisions. As Head of Product and Customer Success at McQuaig, she has led the development of tools that enhance productivity, foster human connection, and empower organizations to hire, retain, and develop top talent.
Guided by her belief that technology should enable human connection and support better decision-making, Venessa ensures McQuaig’s solutions address real-world challenges while promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Venessa holds a BA from McMaster University and is certified in The McQuaig System. Outside of work, she’s an avid learner, passionate traveler, and devoted dog mom to Douglas.
