We are also excited to be welcoming Rich Donovan, named one of the Top 50 Most Influential People with Disabilities globally, for an insightful presentation on neurodivergence. In collaboration with Dr. Gaia Marchisio from the Columbia Business School in New York City, Rich will bring his extensive experience and expertise on creating inclusive environments to the forefront. The session will explore the intersection of neurodivergence and family businesses, and the benefits of embracing inclusivity in the family business landscape.
