Kinnect Montréal: Switching Seats Inside the Family Enterprise Drama
March 26 @ 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm EDT
Open to All Members — Come Walk a Mile in Someone Else’s Family Business Shoes!
Family Enterprise Canada invites Members and guests to this high-energy, interactive workshop where you’ll 'change hats' and step into someone else’s role within the family enterprise system. Each attendee will be assigned to a table, given a character and plunged into a scenario that brings the unpredictability, tension and nuance of real-life family business dynamics to life.
With a mix of Family Enterprise Canada's Family Members and FEAs at every table, you’ll gain fresh insight into how decisions land, how conflicts escalate or ease, and how roles shape what we see—and what we miss.
Working in small groups, you’ll explore a shared question. The goal will not be to "find the right answer,” but to see the issue through many different eyes and perspectives. Experienced FEAs will guide the role-play and then lead a powerful debrief, helping the whole group draw out practical lessons, surprising insights and new ways of understanding each other in the family enterprise.
Please note: This is a relationship-building event focused on peer connections and learning. No solicitation or selling of services is permitted, particularly for any advisors attending the event.
