Join us for an interactive and informative discussion with Paul and PJ Van Bree, of Van Bree Enterprises, 2019 Southwestern Ontario Family Enterprise of the Year Award Recipient, Jonathan Creaghan of J.D. Creaghan Group and Holly Simmons of Golden Lasso. Learn how Van Bree Enterprises has taken a human-centric approach to building capacity and capability throughout the business in an effort to prepare it for growth and succession.
By focusing on the business system as a whole, the Van Bree team is not only preparing the next generation of leaders, but all people, systems, and processes for the future generational shift. Paul Van Bree is the President and 2nd generation to lead Van Bree Enterprises. PJ Van Bree, Paul’s son, is the Manager of the Sewer and Watermain Division and represents the 3rd generation in the business.
