Over her 24-year career in search, Sharon has earned a reputation as a hands-on, trusted partner who is motivated by building lasting relationships with clients and candidates. Sharon works closely with board search committees in the selection of Presidents and CEOs for multi-stakeholder, mission-based institutions across Canada. She has also developed a specialization in the Chief Human Resources Officer function across all industries. Sharon takes the time to understand the unique circumstances and dynamics of every leadership and director mandate and is committed to supporting lasting success beyond the placement. She has worked with boards in their most important role, the recruitment of their organization’s CEO, and then gone on to assist those CEOs in building the right leadership team for the next phase of evolution and growth.
Sara Boulet, FEA

Sara is an Associate at WATSON. Based in Toronto, she supports clients on governance and succession planning engagements. She brings nearly a decade of diverse experience in family enterprise consulting, management consulting, and human resources. She has supported a wide range of clients across various industries including family businesses, public sector organizations, and private & public corporations. Prior to joining WATSON, Sara was part of KPMG’s Family Office practice where she supported enterprising families with their family, ownership, and business continuity planning. Her work focused on governance, family dynamics, next generation learning & development, and family business strategy. Prior to this, Sara worked in KPMG and EY’s management consulting practices where she supported engagements centered around strategic planning, change management, organization design, and employee experience. Sara holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Waterloo and a Master of Global Business from the University of Victoria. She is also a member of Family Enterprise Canada and a certified Family Enterprise Advisor (FEA).
