Motivated by his personal history, he is dedicated to helping advisors empower their family clients to navigate challenges, foster harmony, and achieve lasting success.
As the Business Development Manager of Advisor Programs at Family Enterprise Canada, Tim champions the FEA Program and its holistic approach to equipping advisors with the tools, mindset, and strategies needed to address the diverse needs of family enterprises. Through relational engagement and a commitment to understanding each family's unique dynamics, Tim ensures that advisors are well-prepared to guide their clients through successful transitions, ultimately shaping a future where business growth and family harmony thrive hand in hand.

Lianne Joined M Bacal Group, a boutique firm with a holistic approach, in 1998 as she wanted to learn the family business. Led by a few key mentors over the past 25 years she has learned how to marry the client’s needs with the best in class innovative insurance solutions available. Lianne has the knowledge and experience that will ensure the continuity of M Bacal’s principal values moving forward.
Lianne is constantly striving to expand her horizons through education and in 2008 she became a certified living benefits specialist (CHS) and in 2018 she received her FEA (Family Enterprise Advisor) designation.

Steve Ivacko CPA, CMA, TEP, FEA

Steve is a member of MNP’s Family Office Services team in Vancouver. With almost 20 years of working in and with family offices, Steve builds deep and lasting relationships with entrepreneurs, professionals, business owners, and their families. By delivering proactive, practical advice and solutions on tax, estate planning, continuity and succession, governance and philanthropy, he brings peace of mind to his clients.
Steve earned his CPA in 2001, his TEP and FEA designations in 2014 and 2018, respectively, and completed the In-Depth Tax – Owner Managed Business course in 2019.
Steve previously held the role of president of the Estate Planning Council of Vancouver, and is currently a Champion for Anxiety Canada, having previously served on the board of directors for five years, including as board chair.
