Webinar: Understanding Grief

The current pandemic has given rise to a wave of emotions that many of us have little experience of dealing with and often do not even know what they are. To help us better understand what me may be feeling and how to manage our feelings as well as help others, we are delighted to sit down with Dawn Schooler, counsellor, coach, teacher and FEA who will provide insights on grief: what it is, how it shows up and offer some strategies for managing it well.
