Tammy has spent the past 35 years of her career as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), working closely with family-owned businesses across Southwestern Ontario.  In 2020, Tammy obtained the Family Enterprise Advisor designation (FEA) to enhance the value she can bring to her clients.

As a small business owner herself, Tammy understands the nuances and challenges that family businesses face. She is passionate about guiding family businesses through the many phases of a growth and helps business owners navigate everything from group benefit plans to succession and estate planning.

Hilary is a lawyer practicing at Lerners LLP in Business Law, Wills and Estates. Her wills and estates practice focuses on estate planning and administration, including business succession planning, and family trusts. Hilary works with clients across Southwestern Ontario. Her practice includes the preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney, and the administration of estates. Hilary also assists with the creation of trusts, guardianship applications and related matters.

As part of her practice, Hilary advises estate trustees, beneficiaries, attorneys, and guardians for property and personal care on their respective rights, roles and responsibilities.

Hilary is actively involved in her community. Currently, she serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of London & Area.
